PRE-RESERVATION & CONSTRUCTION WORKFLOW

Your journey with P2P begins by securing your preferred commercial space in the building.

• Floor Commitment Thresholds: Construction proceeds once the required commitments for the selected floor have been secured.
• Prepaid Rent Allocation: All payments are securely held in P2P’s corporate bank account and applied directly toward your property rent and physical build-out.
• Cancellation Terms: If a tenant decides to cancel prior to the commencement of construction, standard contractual cancellation terms apply.

CONTRACTUAL REAL ESTATE FOUNDATION

• Physical Asset Backing: Every agreement corresponds to physical commercial space managed on-site by P2P command centers.
• Master Tenant Freedom: Master tenants retain full flexibility to occupy their units directly or opt for P2P’s sub-tenant sourcing and property management service.
• Legal Protection: Clients hold contractual master lease agreements, providing clear legal framework protection rather than speculative equity shares.

OPERATIONAL RISK MITIGATION & FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

• Optional Sub-Tenant Sourcing: For master tenants who request sub-tenant placement, P2P’s active on-site plot desks source, screen, and maintain sub-tenants directly.
• Bank Level Security: Booking deposits, prepaid rent, and sub-lease remittances are processed through our primary corporate banking node at Bank of Africa Uganda.
• Direct Wire Remittances: Monthly rental collections from managed sub-tenants are calculated transparently and wired directly to your designated bank account.
• Royalty Free-Rent Bonus Protection: Provisions include the 4-Year Royalty Free-Rent Bonus to maximize long-term value.
