• Technical & on-site data: Verification documents submitted remotely, and records collected during visits to our physical plot help desks and command centres.
  

2. How we use your information

Your data is processed to execute commercial real estate transactions and fulfil our master lease obligations.

• Lease processing & construction: Allocating your room, verifying booking deposits, issuing director-approved lease contracts and allocating prepaid rent toward building materials.
  
• Optional sub-lease management: Finding verified occupants, managing on-site sub-leases and executing the 4-Year Royalty Free-Rent Bonus program for master tenants who opt into P2P sub-tenant sourcing.
  
• Monthly rent remittance: Processing on-site rent collections, deducting standard handling fees and remitting net payouts to your designated bank account.
  
• Legal & compliance: Verifying identity under anti-fraud standards and enforcing corporate payment channel protocols.
  

3. Data sharing & third-party transfers

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted third parties under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Banking partners: Financial institutions (such as Bank of Africa Uganda) to process wire transfers and complete monthly rental payouts.
  
• Legal & professional advisors: Certified lawyers and compliance officers auditing master lease counter-signatures and handling dispute resolution.
  
• Registered construction partners: Government-registered construction firms, strictly for room allocation and structural building verification.
  

4. Data security & storage

• Corporate account locking: Company bank details and sensitive transaction records are locked within secure administrative databases.
  
• Secure document processing: Digital PDF lease contracts sent remotely are stored in encrypted document tracking systems.
  
• Physical security: Hard-copy lease records collected at site command centres are locked in secure physical archives.
